Problem
The process of diversity diagnosis and analysis, initially manual, presented opportunities for improvement in terms of speed and efficiency. Since many employees didn’t have constant access to computers, the response rate to the forms could be improved, as well as the management of notifications and monitoring by managers.
Solution
We joined the project to create an MVP that would automate the entire process, transforming BlendEdu into an efficient and easy-to-use platform for companies. We developed a diversity hub that allows companies to track diagnostics in real-time, automate notifications and reminders for employees, and include managers in the process to ensure full participation. The application provided more accurate responses and significantly increased employee engagement. After delivering the MVP, BlendEdu participated in the 7th edition of Shark Tank Brazil (2023) and secured investment from all the investors, allowing the platform to expand into new verticals and develop new products.
